We are not able to deal with data on SyQuest, Zip, or Jaz drive cartridges. Flash ROM memory cards are possible (e.g.: SD-Cards from digital cameras), but please ask first.
If you want your disks back, please label them:
Please label disks clearly with the STREET address to which they are to be returned. Put an adhesive label on he disk itself and make a paper jacket for any plastic cases with the same information on them. We don't mind returning disks, but we're not psychic. Psychotic, sometimes, but not psychic.
If you send us electronic media and you wish to have it returned, please put the CORRECT mailing address ON THE DISK. Please use a proper disk label. The clearer it is the more likely you are to get the disk back. If we can't read or can't find a return address ON THE DISK, we will reformat the disk and use it internally or dispose of it.
