Laminated Backstage Pass Specs
Otto laminated backstage passes have long been the standard of the industry. All others have taken their cues from us. Produced in three standard pouch sizes and virtually unlimited intermediate sizes and shapes, both with edge-seal or in flush trim, Otto laminates meet only the highest standards of quality and durability. We use 10-mil (.010") polyester two sides. All passes are provided slot-punched, with optional two-hole punch for chains. All corners are die-cut round for safety and comfort.
STANDARD SIZES -- English (fps) measures
Laminate inserts (the printed card, not the plastic pouch)

standard/small/luggage tag: 2¼"x3½"

J-card/cassette label: 2½"x4"

Large: 3x4, 3"x4½", 3¼"x4¾" (max)

margins: 1/8"

bleeds: 1/8"

line screen: 120 lpi offset, 144 lpi digital

bitmap resolution: 202 dpi digital (max required image 300 dpi at 4x5)

Wild Card™ and flush-trimmed laminates

The best sizing is approximately the size of a pouch --
2½x4¼, 2¾x4½, 3½x5½. Be sure to leave room for punches at the top. (See template PDF.)
