When choosing the right pass printer we recommend you ask questions. To save you time, we address some of those most frequently asked.

How do I place an order?
Call or email OTTO to begin the simple process. We will discuss your short and long term needs then recommend specific products, identify quantities, create or optimize existing artwork, confirm your order, shipping and billing information and send you a proof for final approval.

What should I order?
Our experienced account executives will assist you with identifying the most appropriate products based upon the type of event, frequency, budget and venue. Contact OTTO directly for assistance in placing your custom order for laminates, stickie passes, tour itineraries, luggage tags, tickets, lanyards, full color wristbands, parking passes, drum heads, posters, forms, business cards, letterhead & envelopes, large banners, string hang tags, etc. For specific OTTO product information and images click on PRODUCTS & SERVICES above.

What about artwork?
Our graphic design artists will develop artwork for you, or modify existing artwork based on your needs. We accept virtually any format but prefer Adobe Illustrator files. Click on Art Specs for more details and templates.

How much will it cost?
We can provide a Quick Quote on specific products because we know you need it yesterday! Your account executive will always find the right products for your budget. Contact OTTO to get a Quick Quote.

When will I receive my order?
Our goal is for you to experience "The Ultimate in Security, Image, Quality & Service." While we appreciate having 10 business days for new projects and 5 business days for re-orders, OTTO will always make every effort to meet your crazy deadline.

How is my order shipped?
Our preferred courier is Federal Express (FedEx). If time permits, FedEx Ground Service is very reliable and cost effective; however, 2-day, 3-day and Overnight Shipping are also available. Contact OTTO for more delivery options.

How do you accept payment?
Payment prior to shipping is required; we accept checks, bank wire, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Contact OTTO for other advance payment options.
