Laminated badges are an important part of a pass system. In addition to our Standard Laminate with a sealed edge, OTTO also offers Flush Trim Laminates. These hard card badges resemble credit cards and are available in standard sizes or custom sizes and shapes.

OTTO laminates meet only the highest standards of quality and durability. We laminate with 10mil, two-sided clear glossy film and then slot punch. Two-hole punch for chains is optional. All corners are die-cut round for safety and comfort.

OTTO's Flush Trim Laminates can be printed on 1 or 2 sides with optional hot stamp foil and holographic lamination. 

Personalization options include barcodes, color coding, names/photos/titles, seating assignment, and sequential numbering.
